Whether you’re here for a bold transformation, needing that little extra something to maintain your look, or even a refined brow and lash upgrade, I am here with the goal to make you look & feel your best! ***Studio Policies, Please read before booking.*** • New Color Guests: A consultation appointment is required for all new color guests before reserving a service. • No Guests: Due to limited space in my suite, I kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests. • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of our visit without rescheduling will be considered a no-show. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may only have time to provide a partial service, or we may need to reschedule. • If you’ve “No-Showed” a previous appointment, a 50% deposit will be required to reserve any future visits. • Payments: I accept cash, physical cards, and contactless card payments. • Satisfaction Guarantee: I stand by my work! If you’re not satisfied, please let me know within 7 days so I can make any necessary adjustments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to me, and is reserved especially for you! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly request that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a forfeit of the deposit. If no deposit was received, you will incur a 30% charge of services reserved. This policy helps me maintain availability for all clients, and ensures that my time and resources are managed effectively. Thank you for understanding!
